Now with the proper pressure!
It goes a little something like this:
Maybe it’s new tire syndrome, but still.
They feel quieter than the continentals, but also stick out less than the continentals do, which in a sense makes me feel less secure near potholes. Not sure how the wet weather performance will be, but I will find out in the coming months as the wet season approaches

What w ere the Contis btw?
My car has Contis on it ( OEM spec i think) that don’t have many miles on them, but I’d love to look elsewhere when it’s time to replace them.

Sportcontact 5...
I changed to the Michelins because they’re a lot cheaper, 150 dollars cheaper per tire in fact. Plus, most reviews give the Michelins the upper edge... I think that in some countries the Michelins are the OEM tires for the Stinger... no idea why they saddle us with stupid contis.

Yeah I have Contipro Contacts and I think they’re just a so so OEM tire.

They’re actually really good in the wet. On a skidpad, I had to floor it in third while cutting the wheel to get the tires to misbehave even a little.

Really? I got them to misbehave on comfort mode.... granted, it was on cement and I was cutting the wheel, almost asking for it... but the Contis wouldn’t have budged in that particular situation.

They seem to grip better than the PS2s I had on it before. I haven't really tried to roast them, might have to try and slide it about next time I drive.
